The Covid-19 pandemic has changed life as we know it. You might not be able to go to your favorite bar or restaurant, you can’t find toilet paper at the grocery store, and people won’t shake your hand. It’s enough to bring a person down. And what better way to turn depression into happiness than an old-fashioned weed sesh with friends? But, as an article on Seven Days points out, some things need to change there as well.

Covid-19 and Weed Sesh

The article features commentary by Lizzie Post, the great-great-granddaughter of the famed etiquette guru, Emily Post. She provides a lot of advice for staying polite and proper during the coronavirus crisis and navigating the new rules put forth to protect us all. About marijuana, she says, “With cannabis, sharing is at the heart of that culture — sharing a bong, sharing a bowl, sharing a dab rig — and you feel rude when you don’t pass a joint or share a bowl,” she continues. “You gotta get over that.”
