After awarding Keep Labs with an Innovation Award for CES 2020, being held this week in Las Vegas, CES (Consumer Electronics Show) organizers have mandated that if Keep wants to exhibit, nothing at their booth can mention cannabis. TechCrunch reports that the strict guidelines are being imposed, even though Keep Labs and their award are featured on the CES website, with a description that mentions the word “cannabis” several times.

Although the Innovation Award is an important honor, Keep has decided not to exhibit at this year’s CES, due to the restrictions placed on exhibiting. Keep produces a unique desktop storage solution for cannabis that keeps the product fresh and locked securely with a biometric lock.
